This grotesque was found at the old headquarters of the Philadelphia Fire Department at 1328 Race Street Philadelphia, PA. The building served as fire department headquarters from 1926-1976 as well as housing Engine Co. #17, Pipeline #5, Truck Co. #23 and Heavy Rescue #1.
